Accessibility Information

As a practice, we aim to be as inclusive as possible for all of our patients. To assist with this we have or offer:

  • An easy read option on our website
  • Learning disability reviews
  • Wheelchair access to all rooms/ sections of the building (including lift to first floor)
  • Patients can call us when outside the surgery to advise that they are here, this can result in either the patient waiting in the car and being called in, or us providing help getting in to the surgery, i.e. opening the doors
  • Help for partially/ non-sighted patients to get around the surgery/ advise them of the clinician being available for them
  • Hearing loop on-site if required
  • Quiet room to wait in if required
  • Information is available in larger font or braille – please ask at reception
  • All staff are provided with and have completed learning disability training
  • Disability bays are available on-site
  • Guide dogs are allowed on the premises
  • Armrests are available for easily getting up out certain chairs
