Please contact your registered GP, or register as a patient by following our registration procedure, otherwise we will be unable to assist you.

You can use the online consultation service for the following:
Admin' queries e.g. sick note requests, referral enquiries or medication queries, etc.
Clinical queries e.g. medical problems, such as a new rash, ear problems, pain issues etc.

Clinical queries, medication queries or requests, and appointment bookings or cancellations will not be actioned if sent to this email address; please either use our SystmOnline service or call the surgery.
Telephone calls are recorded for security and training purposes.
When you call the surgery, the receptionist may ask you some more detailed questions in order to make sure you are seen by the most appropriate person.
The practice periodically closes one afternoon every few months.
The surgery will be closed for training on the following dates:
- 7th July, 2021 from 12:30pm until 8am the following working day
- 23rd November, 2021 from 12:30pm until 8am the following working day

The surgery is well served by the local bus network. The nearest bus stop is on Boroughbridge Road & Harewood Lane very near to the Surgery.
There is a large patient car park and includes disabled parking near the surgery entrance.
Should you have any special needs please contact our staff and they will be happy to try and assist you.
To make ourselves as accessible as possible to all our visitors we provide:
- Wheelchair users low level reception desk area
- Disabled toilet through double doors
- Electric doors
- Wide surgery doors
- Hearing loop at the reception desk
- Lift to the first floor for visitors attending meetings
- Allocated car parking for disabled patients with parking permits.
Please note we do not have a wheelchair available at the Practice.
