Call Back
To make things easier for our patients and reduce the early morning rush on the phones, we offer a call back service.
If you ring the practice to book an appointment but there aren’t any available at that moment, we can add you to the call back list. This means you won’t need to keep trying again yourself.
Once you’re on the list, our Reception Team or Care Coordinators will contact you within 72 hours, often the very next morning, with a suggested appointment date. They’ll try by phone up to three times and will also send a text message to keep you updated.
This service helps make sure appointments are offered as fairly and quickly as possible, while saving you the stress of waiting on the phone.
